Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CSSignal website and platform. By using CSSignal, you agree to them.

The service

CSSignal provides a customer success intelligence platform. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use CSSignal lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.

Plans and billing

CSSignal is offered on paid subscription plans (Founder, Growth, and Pro Scale), with custom Enterprise arrangements available. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select until cancelled. Specific plan terms are provided at the time of purchase.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for CSSignal are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, billing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf, and their terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, so you are not charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then expires. You keep full access until that point; cancelling does not cut your access short.

We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, and payments already made are non-refundable. Two exceptions apply: a refund required by applicable law, and a refund issued at the discretion of Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Where a refund is issued, Lemon Squeezy processes it back to your original payment method.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to CSSignal. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data in order to provide the service. We process it in line with our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep CSSignal available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. You may stop using CSSignal at any time.
